We took Flat Stanley in the Missouri Welcome Center to look for a photo op. When we walked in, the lady behind the desk said, Flat Stanley. She knew him! Amazing!!!

We met Denny and Billie, bikers from MO. He builds boat docks.

We met Erin at the Missouri Welcome Center on Friday. She works for Response and Rescue and was just returning from helping with the

clean-up of Hurricane Ike in Galveston.

Flat Stanley had dinner in Oklahoma with General Ben

and his dog Pete.

After Texas, we drove through Oklahoma.

Flat Stanley left New Mexico on Thursday.

On the way through Texas he stopped to see

Ms. Rich's grandkids Braden, Jimma and Harlee.

Bethany and Tyler, Flat Stanley's

neighbors are taking care of

George the cat while Flat Stanley

travels. They have dogs, cats,

rabbits and horses. They love

animals!

was glad to get it
